What’s great and what’s not
The staff was helpful and friendly, making check-in a breeze! They showed genuine care, especially when my son needed assistance after an incident.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is in disrepair, with dirty carpets, broken fixtures, and a pool that feels more like a hazard than a fun amenity! !

The location provided breathtaking mountain views that were truly enjoyable during my stay. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attempted to assist with my concerns.
The overall experience left much to be desired.

This was a reliable pick for a quick stop in Colorado Springs with excellent value for money. The view of Pikes Peak from the window was breathtaking. Make sure to check the parking situation as it can get tight at night.

Needs Improvement but Friendly Staff
I stayed for 2 nights in a Suite with Two Queen Beds. The staff was particularly understanding, which was appreciated after some discomfort with the room. The pool slide was entertaining for my kids, although the overall cleanliness left much to be desired. Future guests should check the condition of amenities before unpacking.

Wi-Fi was decent, but the pool was cold and dirty. Room needed cleaning.

Had a fantastic time with friends! We explored nearby mountain biking trails and enjoyed some hiking together. The location is great for outdoor adventures, and the hotel has friendly staff. Breakfast was decent, and parking was ample for our group. Just a heads up, the pool isn't really for swimming, but it’s a nice spot to relax!
One downside—when we checked in, the room wasn’t clean and the bathroom needed attention. I ended up having to ask for a different room. Not ideal after a long drive.

I stayed here for two nights and appreciated the comfy beds and the indoor pool for some relaxation time. The hot tub was a nice bonus to unwind after a long day. Only downside was the broken shower head, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience! 😊

I had a really tough time during my stay. The pool was a complete mess, looking like a dirty fish tank, and our room had a wet, humid odor, making it hard to relax.

We enjoyed biking along the nearby trails, perfect for family adventures. Our kids loved spotting wildlife, and the stunning mountain views made the experience memorable. Plus, the room was spacious enough for our large family, which was a big win for us!
My kids wished the pool was open and clean. It was closed during our stay, which was a letdown for them, so having a well-maintained pool area would improve the hotel for families.
